- Both. The route runs from Spring Branch out to The Woodlands and Energy Corridor; we keep small office parks, a couple of HOA common areas, and residential yards on the same week.
- Monthly flat rate is what most customers pick, invoiced on the 1st for the month ahead. Per-visit is fine if you prefer it. No long contracts; cancel anytime.
- We do seasonal tune-ups, head replacements, and controller programming. For big rebuilds we hand off to a licensed irrigator we trust and stay out of their way.
- Yes — general liability and workers’ comp on every crew member. Happy to send the certificate to your property manager.
- We push to the next dry day, usually within 24 to 48 hours. You will hear from us if it slips beyond that. Houston weather gets a vote.
